Denise Pietzsch has a mission to bring these soft skills to this global generation as founder and executive director of Etiquette and Protocol Image Consultants, LLC (EPIC). EPIC provides etiquette education for corporations, organizations, professional groups, universities, students, young professionals, and individuals looking to maximize their impact and achieve their goals.
Denise Pietzsch is an etiquette expert, certified by The Protocol School of Washington®, and has been hired by top organizations and universities and featured in the local media. The idea to form her business began more than ten years ago while working at a private middle school and then a commercial firm hiring many new college graduates. She saw an entire generation who missed the gift of etiquette education. Her heart for teaching and her life’s education prepared her for the job.
Denise graduated from The Ohio State University and received her formal etiquette certification from The Protocol School of Washington®. She is certified as a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant. As a graduate of The Protocol School of Washington, Denise has received her training from the experts in the field and has a “living library” of global resources behind her. She has also completed additional coursework from Kent State University and advanced etiquette training at The Protocol School of Washington.
Denise’s fun and lively presentation style makes every topic enjoyable. Her seminars are hands-on and offer practical advice. She promotes excellence as a speaker, author, consultant, and trainer. She relates easily with audiences, whether top executives or high school students, and they take away timeless tools that contribute to both their personal and professional success. Best of all, they have fun while they learn! You can regularly hear Denise proclaim, “I love my job!” Her joy is contagious and that joy is represented in all of her workshops, writings and speeches.
Ms. Pietzsch is proud to claim The Ohio State University as not only her alma mater, but also one of her favorite clients. She is proud to be a “buckeye”. Denise has been honored to teach English as a Second Language on a volunteer basis and remains active in her community supporting her local charity, Dress For success Columbus. She is married to Kevin, her best friend and sweetheart of over twenty-five years. They have two adult daughters, Lauren and Robin and their newest addition, their dog, Brody.
